AirfieldDaily FieldLog Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
AirfieldDaily FieldLog is provided for use by our authorized personnel and clients in connection with construction and airfield reporting. By accessing the application, you agree to these Terms.
2. Account Access
Access is by invitation only. Accounts are provisioned and managed by our Owners and the VP of Operations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Only one active session per account is permitted at a time — signing in on a new device or browser will automatically end any other active session for your account.
3. Acceptable Use
The application is provided solely for legitimate construction and airfield reporting activities. Any attempt to circumvent security controls, access data outside your authorized role or state assignment, or otherwise misuse the application is prohibited.
4. Reporting Accuracy
Daily and weekly reports, including FAA weekly reporting forms generated through the application, must be accurate and submitted in good faith by authorized Resident Project Representatives. This includes information you enter about third parties (for example, a contractor superintendent's name or phone number) — you are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for having appropriate authority to record it.
5. Termination
AirfieldDaily FieldLog may suspend or terminate access at its discretion, including upon a user's departure from the organization or a security concern.
6. Cookies
Using AirfieldDaily FieldLog requires your browser to accept the strictly necessary cookies described in our Cookie Policy, which are used to sign you in and keep your session secure. AirfieldDaily FieldLog does not function without them.
